Conditions

Prices indicated are per person, per day, for half board service (choice of either lunch or dinner) they include buffet breakfast.
There are no refunds or discounts for meals not taken.
VAT and various applicable fees are included in the prices.



Reductions children and adults

Bedroom: for children over 23 months of age who share their parents’ room (cots, extra beds or sofa bed), the reductions are: from 2 to 7 years {- 50%}, from 8 to 12 years: {- 40%}, over 12 years and adults: {- 10%}.
For children from 0 up to and including 23 months the rate is 30.00 € per day including cot. Meals taken: 15.00 €.

Suite: for the third and fourth person over 2 years of age sharing the room or lounge (cots, extra beds or sofa bed) there is a discount of 50% on the daily rate.
For children from 0 up to and including 23 months the rate is 30.00 € per day including cot. Meals taken: 15.00 €.

Double Room for single use

Double Room in the Hotel and in the Cottages for single use: Contact Reception for availability: a supplement of + 75%.

Double room and Suite in the Villa, Suite in the Hotel for single use: prices are available on request.



The following hotel services are included in the rates:

Concierge 24 hours a day. Foreign exchange, safety deposit box and free internet at the Reception desk; WI-FI connections in the Reception area. Luggage deposit. Porter. Private shaded car-park CCTV surveillance in hotel park, car-parker.

Housekeeper and room service morning and evening.

Mini club: From 13 June to 18 September the Mini club in the shade of the gardens is open to children from 4 to 14 years of age; entertainers and registered swimming instructors organise free individual or group swimming lessons for young guests. Toddlers’ pool.

Gym with Technogym equipment. Mountain bikes for guests’ use. Tennis rackets available from Reception.

Poolside facilities: sun umbrellas, loungers and towels available.

Beach facilities: cabins, sun umbrellas, loungers, towels; sailboards; private jetty and buoys for small craft.

Bar and piano bar in the Historic villa and under its colonnade. Bridge room. Television room.

In rooms: soundproofing, air-conditioning, free internet connection, safe, mini-bar, kettle and necessities for making tea and coffee. In the bathroom: hair-dryer, bath robe, slippers and scales. All rooms and suites have LCD satellite TV, SKY and pay per view. DVD in the suites.

The following hotel services are not included in the rates:

Pedal boats, water skiing, tennis (daytime and evening with lighting: 10,00/15,00 €), tennis lessons, swimming lessons (over 14 years).

Baby sitting to order, piano teacher in the hotel.

Laundry and dry cleaning (24 hours).

Airport shuttle.

Motorboat service: return service from Ottone beach to Portoferraio from approximately 20th May to 30th September.

Wellness Centre with thalassotherapy - SPA Beauty Centre “Phytomer”: with relaxation room, hammam (Turkish bath), beauticians, face and body treatments, traditional, ayurvedic and oriental massages. Hairdressers.

Near the hotel:

Diving and sailing school close to the beach. Horse-riding (17 km).

Discounts:

Golf course: the hotel has an agreement with Acquabona Golf Club just 3 km away; guests enjoy a 20% reduction on green fees (9 holes).

For rooms booked with breakfast only, we apply a reduction of 25.00 € per person per day on the half-board rate, except during high and extra-high season.

Supplements:

For stays of less than 3 nights we apply the rate for the season immediately above (e.g., stay low season, pay mid-season rates).
We apply a supplement of 25.00 € per person per day on the half-board rates for guests wishing to book full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the hotel.
Full board: the 25.00 € supplementary fee is valid only for those who choose full board at the time of booking. If a guest would like to occasionally have dinner or supper at the hotel (choosing from the menu), the cost of the meal will be 45,00 €.
There is an extra charge of 6.00 € per person for breakfast served in rooms and an extra charge of 20.00 € per person for lunch and dinner served in rooms.

Honeymoon discount:

The hotel Management offers honeymoon couples a 10% reduction on the standard rate for stays of at least 7 days in low and mid-season. A very special welcome treat will await the newly-weds on arrival.

Facilities available for our guests:

Restaurant in the Park and air-conditioned restaurant, variety of menus, à la carte/extra, children’s menu (our youngest guests may lunch or dine a little earlier in the restaurant with their parents or, if preferred, may dine with our mini club entertainers at 7.30 p.m. on set days).

On the private beach: the bar/tavern is in the old boathouse, air-conditioned and pleasantly fresh, with an attractive shady terrace, Guests are offered a choice of snacks; it is open during the day. Pianobar in the tavern in August.

By the pool: the poolside restaurant and grill, serves dishes with a southern flavour, Elban specialities and grilled fish, open from 12.30 to 3.30 p.m.

Our guests and their children enjoy the quiet of 24,000 sq. m. age-old park.

The availability of accommodation is only guaranteed after receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay. Payment of the rate for one night is requested for stays of less than 4 nights.

Cancellations: the hotel undertakes to refund the deposit if written cancellation is received 30 days before the scheduled arrival date; with less than 30 days notice the deposit will be forfeited. If no notice is received from the customer, the deposit on all no-shows will be retained and we will automatically cancel the booking.

In the event of a later arrival or earlier departure with respect to the period booked, we will apply a charge equal to 50% of the rate for the days previously booked but not used.

Rooms are made available from 3.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 p.m. on the day of departure. The hotel has communicating rooms in the Villa, the hotel and the Cottages.

Dogs and cats may accompany guests on request. The supplement is 30.00 € per day, not including food; to ensure all our guests’ wellbeing and for health reasons, pets are not admitted to public rooms, the swimming-pool or the beach. A dog-sitting service can be provided on request.

Online:
If you book and confirm your stay, you will be immediately contacted by our online Customer Service, which will allow you to benefit from a 10% discount on ferry ticket with Moby Lines, and 3% with Toremar.
Car, motorbike and boat rentals can also be booked on-line with a 10% discount.
These discounts will be deducted from the cost of your stay upon presentation to the Hotel management of the ferry tickets and/or the rental receipts. Discounts can be combined.

Through the Reception Desk:
The discounts offered through our on-line Concierge are not valid if the ferry Ticket and/or rentals are booked through our in-house service.

Flight and taxi booking on request.

Trips and excursions of various kinds, booking and purchase of tickets for the International Music Festival in September (Artistic Director Yuri Bashmet) as well as other events can be made at reception.

Private lunches, dinners, small conventions, meetings, lectures, etc. can be arranged.
